You can be assured that this information will be kept confidential and will only be accessible to our recruitment staff or other authorised personnel involved in the recruitment process. Our application form requests your provision of information which may include personal information relating to other individuals, for instance the provision of references or previous employers. Please be sure to obtain the consent of the individuals concerned before submitting any of their personal details to us. How do we use the information?We use the information to carry out our recruitment process. We may also from time to time use the details you provide to send you information (by post or email) about the Firm, our recruitment process and about opportunities that we think will be of interest to you. You will receive such information only from us and only if you have indicated on the application form that you wish to receive it. Where does the information go?As Baker & McKenzie is a global law firm, in the course of carrying out our recruitment process we may from time to time need to transfer your data to other offices within the Firm. We will provide you with such information, and amend or update the information we hold about you if it is incorrect.
